About

An atmosphere of warmth, created over 300 years of tradition
Four thatched-roof buildings from the Edo period to the Taisho era have been relocated and restored, letting us reminisce the old days. On April 1st of 2006, they were designated as the city’s tangible cultural asset. This traditional village residence park, residing amongst the brilliant four seasons and infused with knowledge from our ancestors, can be used for events, conferences and learning experiences. Additionally, the park exhibits further and detailed information about traditional residence as an annex to the Omonogawa Museum.
